The Runaway Hug Project: Finding a suitable website

I am trying to raise 500 hugs (See here for why I started this project). I need a website that will keep track of the number of hugs, and supporters can comment and add their own hug contributions if they like. Indiegogo is perfect, except that they only raise dollars, not hugs. I emailed them asking what would be most suitable. I have also Tweeted Amanda Palmer (@amandapalmer on Twitter), who is a community-based artist and has experience in this sort of thing.
