Making Bread

I totally made my own bread today. It'll be even easier when my food processor arrives. Processing means you don't have to knead it at all and develops the yeast as much as an overnight rise does. Store bought bread here sucks, whereas it's less than $2 for a packet of bread-making flour which makes 6 rolls or 1 loaf. The rolls are crunchy on the outside and soft in the centre. As Colette in Ratatouille says, "Only great bread sounds this way."
Yes, that was my facial expression when I crackled my bread.

...just to prove it.

PS The rolls are quite small, but  because it's wholegrain and made without all the fillers, these small rolls are just as filling as the larger store bought rolls.
